DermaGel HEC 3000 is a high-purity, nonionic, water-soluble viscosity modifier that forms a thin, flexible, hydrophilic film over the stratum corneum. This breathable matrix slows down evaporation from the water phase, helping retain moisture and reduce immediate Transepidermal Water Loss (TEWL).
